Social media and content creatorFull-time · Pune, out at cafes most days
Plan, shoot and post reels and stories for the cafes we work with.
What you'll do
- Shoot reels and photos at client cafes three or four days a week
- Write captions and plan each cafe's posting calendar
- Work with Pune food creators on visits and collaborations
- Track what's working and tell us plainly
What helps
- A portfolio of reels you shot and edited yourself
- A good eye for food and light
- Comfort talking to cafe owners and staff
- Marathi or Hindi is a plus
Events and community coordinatorFull-time · Pune, evenings and weekends
Run the gigs, workshops, run clubs and book clubs that bring people into our cafes.
What you'll do
- Plan each cafe's monthly event calendar
- Book artists, workshop curators and run clubs
- Handle sign-ups, tickets and reminders
- Host on the night and send a short report after

Web developerContract · Remote or Pune
Build fast cafe websites and ordering pages, and connect them to payments and POS systems.
What you'll do
- Build and update cafe websites and ordering pages
- Set up payment gateways and WhatsApp order alerts
- Add schema markup so search and AI assistants understand each cafe
- Keep pages fast on a phone over mobile data
What helps
- Solid HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with a payment gateway such as Razorpay
- Some backend experience (Go is a plus)

Account managerFull-time · Pune, across our cafes
Look after six to eight cafes, keep the work moving and make sure owners always know what's happening.
What you'll do
- Be the main contact for your cafes
- Run the weekly update and keep the team on schedule
- Spot what each cafe needs next and propose it
- Manage print and event vendors
What helps
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Calm, organised and quick to reply
- English plus Marathi or Hindi
